Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x: HCM/HRMS Functional Foundation 

Using Oracle HRMS you can hold, inquire, report, and keep track on a wide range of personal and employment information. This can include flexfields configuration, payroll, time management, training, work structures, people management - medical details, work schedules, preferred language for correspondence and personal contacts, as well as details such as employee benefit management and Self-Service HR features.
