This course describes how Oracle HRMS offers a product family that enables you to comply, automate, measure, and align critical human resources programs that result in workforce excellence. This course looks at the strategic value of HR and shifting the focus of HR from administrative tasks to strategic program delivery.

In this course, students learn how to Configure HRMS,  Create and edit human resources users and responsibilities, Set up work structures,  Use organisation structures,  Create and maintain jobs and positions,  Use employment agreements, Hire employees, Set up employees, Manage absences and people.

Students also learn about Multiple-Organization and Multiple-Organization Access control (MOAC), Learning Management System, Global Payroll, Time and Labour, Compensation, Performance and Talent management capabilities of the Oracle HRMS solution.

On successful Completion of this course you will be able to:
